Pirelli renews and expands its range of competition tires

Motorcyclists and motorcycle fans will benefit throughout 2020 with the new presentation of competition tires for motorcycles and scooters from Pirelli. The well-known brand has presented a complete catalog with renewals, new features and applied technology for the best experience for users and competitors.
DIABLO™ SUPERBIKE in all categories
The production motorcycle market is one of those favored by DIABLO™ SUPERBIKE tires. Pirelli incorporates new sizes into the line, 125/70 R 17 and 200/65 R 17, for the Superbike category, and the rear 190/60 R 17 for the Supersport 600 category. All of them are added and coexist with those used during the year 2019.
Likewise, the new SCX compounds are launched, available in the rear size 200/65 R 17 and SC3, for a wide range of sizes in both positions. The results, already proven by Pirelli engineers, are the maximization of motorcycle control. Grip in curves is increased, they generate uniform wear, versatility and consistency necessary for competitors.
DIABLO™ SUPERCORSA, new version
A new SC3 compound is added to the line already approved for street use, just like the previous one. It is available for different rear and front measurements with extensive advantages of use. Among the main advantages is the versatility of use in varieties of slopes and temperatures.

A design that complements the 18-inch wheel, the classic design and the latest technology that optimizes operation. The main improvements are in its rapid warm-up and the feasibility of using it in older chassis, thanks to a double-radius profile. For the user there is a clear difference in rear grip and front control on all types of tracks.
The measurements available in 2020 will be: 10/80 R 18 M/C 85V TL front, and 130/70 R 18 M/C 63V TL and 150/70 R 18 M/C 70V TL rear.

Regarding scooters, the new tire model offers important improvements that transfer the benefits of the street to the circuits. Pirelli has analyzed the needs of the scooter world and presents all the solutions with the DIABLO ROSSO™ SCOOTER SC.
Suitable for all competitions, routes and urban journeys, the new tire has a high level of grip, rapid warm-up and optimal resistance. The consistency of its performance makes the new Pirelli model a product of excellence for dry soils and intermediate wet conditions. As for the measurements, they are on the market 100/90 - 12 M/C 64P TL front and 120/80 - 12 M/C 55P TL rear.
