The new Diablo Rosso Sport promises maximum grip in all road conditions, thanks to the combined effect of the structure and the rubber compounds; a tread pattern inspired by the Diablo Super Corsa big bike tire; a race-derived tire profile for leaner on twisty roads; and brilliant performance in the wet and in variable driving conditions.

The Diablo Rosso Sport is manufactured with single-ply carcasses in the smallest sizes. In the larger sizes, it is manufactured with 2-layer shells for greater stability. Both contain silica and carbon black, but with calibrated percentages designed to offer specific performance attributes, such as faster warm-up and a wider range of operating temperatures.

The construction of the Diablo Rosso Sport employs a double spoke design. Unlike the single radius design of other tyres, Diablo Rosso Sport allows optimal transmission of engine power, both on the straight and in the corner.

It's round in the center, but angled more steeply on the sides to allow for an immediate drop in lean and a quick change of direction. The sidewall shape derives from the Angel Scooter tire, but is narrower, lighter and more flexible. This gives it a larger footprint and better lean grip.

The tread pattern has also been inspired by the Diablo Supercorsa. It retains the lightning tread design to establish its relationship with the Diablo family with Rosso Sport badging on the sidewall. The tread design has also been optimized for better water evacuation, maintaining consistent wear and grip in all conditions.
